Meet Audra "Golddie" Williams, the visionary CEO of AGW Consulting Group, a minority, disabled person and woman-owned company dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity within businesses and organizations. Golddie is passionate about creating healthier work environments and building a strong community presence through impactful initiatives.

 

Golddie brings a wealth of expertise to her role, holding a credential in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is certified in professional leadership development, having completed programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Leadership Development and the STAR Leadership Program of Kaiser Permanente. Her academic journey includes studies in Organizational Development at California State University Hayward and Liberal Arts at Contra Costa College. Currently, Golddie is pursuing a degree in Ethnic Studies with a focus on Black Studies Concentration and Chicanx and Latinx Studies Concentration at California State University East Bay.

 

As an active participant in her community, Golddie serves on several boards, including the Bay Area Girls Club in Richmond, CA, and the El Cerrito Library. She has contributed significantly as the previous Co-Chair of AASAT (African American Site Advisory Team in West Contra Costa Unified School District) and is dedicated to community empowerment and leadership.

 

Golddie's commitment to community service has earned her recognition, including a special Congressional Award in 2022 from Congressman Mark Desaulnier for her outstanding contributions. She also received an Outstanding Leadership Award from Supervisor John Goia, Board of Supervisors, in the same year. Golddie is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.

 

With a heart for empowering communities and fostering inclusive environments, Golddie looks forward to partnering with organizations to address their diversity and inclusion needs.

Meet Marie, an esteemed DEI consultant and Executive Consultant for a prominent healthcare organization, boasting over two decades of comprehensive expertise in cross-functional leadership, operations, and program management. With a master's degree in management and leadership, Marie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her consulting work.

 

Known for her energetic, self-directed, and results-driven approach, Marie is dedicated to leadership development, employee engagement, and understanding cultural dynamics within organizations. She is committed to achieving tangible results through effective execution and communication, earning her a reputation as a highly respected leader and advisor.

 

In addition to her work in the healthcare sector, Marie has generously lent her guidance and expertise to various non-profit organizations, including WestCoast Children’s Clinic and Alameda County CASA. Her passion for making a difference extends beyond the corporate world, as she actively contributes to initiatives aimed at improving the lives of others.

Barbie Penn | Consultant 

Meet Barbie Penn, an accomplished DEI consultant with a diverse background and a passion for driving positive change in organizations. With a Masters in Business Administration from Mills College in Oakland, California, Barbie brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning and organizational development to her consulting work.

 

A Bay Area native, Barbie's professional journey has taken her across various industries, including educational non-profits, the beauty industry, and currently, design and tech. Her wide-ranging experience has equipped her with valuable insights into different organizational cultures and challenges, allowing her to tailor DEI strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

 

One of Barbie's most rewarding experiences was her work with a local non-profit's Employee Equity Committee. In this role, she spearheaded efforts to collaborate with departments across the organization to develop and implement systematic changes aimed at promoting equity and inclusion. Through her strategic approach and collaborative mindset, Barbie was able to drive meaningful transformation and create lasting impact within the organization.

 

With her blend of academic knowledge, professional experience, and a deep commitment to social justice, Barbie is dedicated to helping organizations build inclusive cultures where all individuals can thrive and contribute their fullest potential. Her collaborative approach and passion for equity make her a valuable asset to any DEI initiative.

Maurice Woods | Consultant

Meet Maurice Woods, an esteemed consultant at AGW with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As the Executive Director and Founder of the Inneract Project (IP), Maurice has dedicated his career to empowering underserved communities through design education and mentorship.

 

Originally from Richmond, CA, Maurice's journey began on the basketball court, where he excelled as a professional player for seven years, competing internationally. However, his passion for creativity and education led him to pursue a different path. Maurice graduated from the University of Washington with both a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Visual Communication Design.

 

Drawing upon his diverse background and experiences, Maurice brings a unique perspective to his work as a DEI consultant. He understands the importance of representation and access in the design field and is committed to fostering inclusive spaces where all individuals can thrive. Through his leadership at the Inneract Project and his role at AGW, Maurice continues to drive positive change and advocate for equity and justice in the design community and beyond.

Auzzie Jones | Technology Consultant

Meet Auzzie, a dedicated Bay Area native and passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Sacramento State University, Auzzie is deeply engaged in campus life and serves as the Internal Vice President of the Black Student Union (BSU). In this role, she works tirelessly to promote a sense of belonging and empowerment among Black students on campus.

Auzzie's commitment to community and service extends beyond the university setting. As a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., she actively participates in initiatives aimed at uplifting and supporting marginalized communities. Recently inducted into the Collegiate 100, Auzzie continues to demonstrate her dedication to fostering positive change and creating inclusive spaces for all.

Her leadership journey began at El Cerrito High School, where she served as the Vice President of the BSU, Head Cheer Captain, and Dance Captain. Auzzie's involvement in organizations such as the UC Berkeley Upward Bound Program and NAACP Youth has further enriched her understanding of social justice issues and strengthened her commitment to advocacy.

With a wealth of experience in leadership and community engagement, Auzzie brings a unique perspective and unwavering passion to her work as a DEI consultant. She is dedicated to creating environments where diversity is celebrated, equity is prioritized, and inclusion is the norm.

Isaac Jones III | Consultant

Meet Isaac Jones III, a dedicated DEI consultant with a passion for social justice and community empowerment. Currently pursuing his studies in Political Science and History at City College of Sacramento, Isaac has demonstrated academic excellence, earning him an academic honors award.

 

Born and raised in the vibrant Bay Area, Isaac brings a deep understanding of the local community and its diverse needs. As a thoughtful and strategic thinker, he excels in developing innovative DEI solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by organizations and individuals.

 

Isaac's commitment to equity and inclusion is evident in his professional experiences. He had the privilege of working alongside Tony Thurmond, California State Superintendent of Public Instruction, where he contributed to initiatives aimed at advancing educational equity across the state.

 

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Isaac is deeply invested in mentoring and empowering youth. As the team lead and instructor for GOT GOALS!, he helps children develop self-confidence and set meaningful goals for their future.

 

Isaac's leadership extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by his achievements in athletics. He was recognized with the All City Defensive award during his time on the El Cerrito High School Varsity Football team, demonstrating his ability to excel both on and off the field.

 

With his diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to social change, Isaac is dedicated to driving meaningful progress in the DEI space and creating a more equitable and inclusive society for all.

Meet Saijai, a passionate DEI consultant with a unique background and a commitment to fostering inclusion and understanding across diverse communities. As a first-generation Lao-American, Saijai brings a wealth of cultural insight and lived experience to her work.

 

Originally from Ohio, Saijai made the move to the Bay Area in 2015, where she has been actively engaged in community-building and advocacy efforts. Her journey in promoting global understanding began when she was accepted into the prestigious Global Glimpse program, which empowers young leaders to explore different cultures and communities around the world.

 

In 2018, Saijai traveled to the Dominican Republic as part of the Global Glimpse program, where she immersed herself in the local culture and forged meaningful connections with the community. Inspired by her experience, she has since become a Global Glimpse Ambassador, leading new students on transformative journeys to developing countries and promoting cross-cultural understanding.

 

Currently pursuing studies in Political Science and Ethnic Studies, Saijai is deeply committed to exploring issues of identity, power, and social justice. Her academic pursuits inform her DEI work, allowing her to approach challenges with a nuanced understanding of systemic inequalities and cultural dynamics.

 

With her diverse background, global perspective, and dedication to social change, Saijai is poised to make a meaningful impact in the DEI space, driving positive change and fostering inclusive environments where all individuals feel valued and respected.
