Meet Audra "Golddie" Williams
The visionary CEO of AGW Consulting Group, a minority, disabled, and woman-owned business committed to helping organizations create equitable workplaces that attract top talent, drive growth, and foster a culture of inclusion and respect.
Golddie is passionate about empowering organizations to thrive by building healthier work environments, strengthening leadership, and driving impactful workplace equity strategies. With her extensive experience in business strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation, she’s dedicated to helping companies unlock their full potential and create a lasting positive impact.

A Proven Track Record of Excellence
Golddie brings a wealth of expertise to her role as both a workplace equity consultant and business and strategy consultant. She holds a credential in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and is certified in professional leadership development, having completed elite programs such as Harvard Leadership Development and the STAR Leadership Program at Kaiser Permanente.
Her academic journey includes a degree in Ethnic Studies,BA, focusing on Black Studies, Chicanx/Latinx Studies, and Gender Studies from California State University East Bay. Golddie also studied Organizational Development at California State University Hayward and Liberal Arts, AA at Contra Costa College. Candidate, MBA 2027

Golddie's dedication to community empowerment extends far beyond her consulting work. She has served on numerous boards, including the Bay Area Girls Club and the El Cerrito Library. As the previous Co-Chair of AASAT (African American Site Advisory Team), she contributed to the West Contra Costa Unified School District and remains committed to leadership that drives change in her community.

Golddie’s service has been recognized with awards such as a special Congressional Award from Congressman Mark Desaulnier in 2022 and an Outstanding Leadership Award from Supervisor John Gioia of the Board of Supervisors.

An esteemed Workplace Equity consultant and Executive Consultant for a leading healthcare organization, Marie brings over two decades of expertise in cross-functional leadership, operations, and program management. With a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership, Marie combines a wealth of knowledge with hands-on experience in driving transformational change within organizations.

Isaac Jones III is a rising star and Workplace Equity consultant whose passion for social justice, community empowerment, and workplace equity is driving him to make a profound impact. Isaac is set to graduate from Sacramento City College, where he has earned four degrees in Ethnic Studies, Political Science, Interdisciplinary Studies in Arts and Humanities, and Social and Behavioral Sciences. He is now preparing for the next phase of his academic journey, having been accepted into multiple prestigious colleges to pursue his Bachelor’s degree and beyond.

A Bay Area native, Isaac has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead, inspire, and engage. As a strategic thinker and visionary leader, he has already begun shaping the future of Workplace Equity through his leadership and advocacy, driven by his emotional intelligence and commitment to creating inclusive solutions.

Isaac’s commitment to equity extends beyond academics. He has worked with Tony Thurmond, the California State Superintendent of Public Instruction, contributing to initiatives aimed at advancing educational equity and creating systemic change in underserved communities.

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Isaac is a dedicated mentor and youth advocate, leading GOT GOALS! and inspiring children to build self-confidence, set goals, and reach their full potential. Azriel Jones | Technology Consultant
Meet Azriel Jones
Leadership Powerhouse | Advocate for Workplace Equity
Auzzie is a Bay Area native who recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University and has been accepted into the Master’s Program also at Sacramento State University. As the President of the Black Student Union (BSU) at Sacramento State, Auzzie has made a profound impact on campus, spearheading initiatives that promote empowerment, academic excellence, and community engagement. Her leadership has elevated the BSU, creating a stronger sense of belonging for Black students and inspiring change across the university.

A true leader in her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Auzzie has led campaigns and initiatives that have increased her chapter's community presence and advocacy for marginalized communities. She has also shown incredible leadership within the Collegiate 100, where she advocates for accessibility, opportunity, and inclusive leadership.​

Maurice Woods | Consultant
Meet Maurice Woods
Executive Consultant | Workplace Equity Expert
Maurice Woods is an esteemed Workplace Equity consultant at AGW Consulting Group, bringing his deep expertise in design education, mentorship, and coding to empower underserved communities. As the Executive Director and Founder of the Inneract Project (IP), Maurice has spent his career championing access, equity, and inclusion within the design and tech sectors, driving systemic change for those traditionally left out of these spaces.

Originally from Richmond, CA, Maurice’s journey began on the basketball court, where he thrived as a professional player for seven years, competing internationally. His time in sports sparked a passion for leadership and mentorship, but his love for creativity and education ultimately led him to pursue a different path. Maurice graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Visual Communication Design, further honing his skills as a designer and educator.

Maurice’s Workplace Equity expertise is rooted in his diverse background and unique perspective. His transition from sports to design and tech, coupled with his leadership at Inneract Project, has solidified his commitment to fostering inclusive spaces where all individuals, regardless of background, can succeed. He advocates for representation and access in the tech and design industries, ensuring that underrepresented communities have the tools, resources, and mentorship they need to thrive.

Barbie Penn is an accomplished Workplace Equity consultant with a diverse background and a passion for driving positive, sustainable change in organizations. Holding a Master's in Business Administration from Mills College in Oakland, California, Barbie brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning and organizational development to her consulting work.

As a Bay Area native, Barbie’s professional journey has taken her across various industries, including educational non-profits, the beauty industry, and now the design and tech sectors. Her wide-ranging experience equips her with valuable insights into different organizational cultures and challenges, allowing her to tailor Workplace Equity strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

One of Barbie’s most rewarding experiences was her work with a local non-profit’s Employee Equity Committee. In this role, she spearheaded efforts to collaborate with departments across the organization to develop and implement systematic changes that promoted equity and inclusion. Through her strategic approach and collaborative mindset, Barbie was able to drive meaningful transformation and create lasting impact within the organization.

Meet Saijai Ornpaeng
Workplace Equity Advocate | Community Builder | Cultural Change Leader
Saijai is a passionate advocate for Workplace Equity whose unique background and commitment to fostering inclusion and understanding across diverse communities make her a powerful force for change. As a first-generation Lao-American, Saijai brings a wealth of cultural insight and lived experience to her work, driving her dedication to creating spaces where everyone feels valued and empowered.
​
Originally from Ohio, Saijai moved to the Bay Area in 2015, where she quickly became an active participant in community-building and advocacy efforts. Her global perspective began to take shape when she was accepted into the prestigious Global Glimpse program, a transformative experience that empowers young leaders to explore different cultures and communities around the world.
​
In 2018, Saijai traveled to the Dominican Republic as part of the Global Glimpse program, where she not only immersed herself in the local culture but also forged meaningful connections with the community. Inspired by this experience, Saijai became a Global Glimpse Ambassador, leading new students on transformative journeys to developing countries, all while promoting cross-cultural understanding and global citizenship.
​
Currently pursuing Political Science and Ethnic Studies, Saijai is deeply committed to exploring issues of identity, power, and social justice. Her academic pursuits provide a strong foundation for her Workplace Equity work, allowing her to approach challenges with a nuanced understanding of systemic inequalities, cultural dynamics, and structural change.
