Workplace Surveys

There's been a lot of discussion about Employees or Workplace Surveys.
Another metric that makes the surveys more relevant to employees is how the employer engages the responses, in other words, what does the employer DO with the data? IF the employer is responsive and quantifiable change happens in response to the survey that builds employee trust and confidence to participate ongoing and in their employer. Additionally, if honest feedback is shared and there are no repercussions, this tells the employee it is safe to share real feedback without fear of retaliation (thus the integrity of the company culture is key). So the question becomes what will you DO with the survey? Employees will roll their eyes at yet another survey if nothing comes from them. 😊
